Terms of use
njb offers its services under the following terms of use, which visitors are invited to read carefully and to visit/use its pages/services only if they fully accept them. Use implies acceptance of these terms.
Access to the Services
Visitors, users are responsible for accessing the services of the njb site (njb.gr) and for paying any fees to third parties (e.g. internet service providers, charging for time spent on it). Also, they are solely responsible for their personal equipment with the necessary technological means that allow them to access its services.
Registration and User Obligations
As long as visitors/users wish to register for the site's services, they agree to:
- provide true, accurate, valid and complete information about the information requested of them in the relevant applications to access its contents/services, and
- maintain and diligently update their registration information to keep it true, accurate, valid, current and complete.
The site provides users with membership services, after accepting the terms of use of the website and/or the special software and completing the process of registering their details. As soon as visitors complete the registration process defined by the site, they will receive confirmation of a personal access code (password) and the user name they have defined.
Members remain solely responsible for all operations carried out under their personal password, username and generally their account (user account). Members agree to immediately notify njb of any unauthorized use of their account and any actual and/or potential breach of security. Also, members are solely responsible for the careful use of their account and their standard exit from it at the end of each use (Logout).
The Company is not responsible for any harm or damage arising from the failure of members to respect and follow this clause. Once the account is created, it cannot be deleted.
Right to Modify Services
The site reserves the right to modify and/or temporarily or permanently interrupt part or all of its services with or without warning to its users/members.
Users understand and agree that njb reserves the sole right to terminate the use of access codes to the site's services and/or to terminate the availability of its content to users it believes to be in violation of the letter and spirit of these terms of use.
Denial of responsibility
njb has no responsibility for the communication of users/members with the third party service providers advertised on the site and for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between them.
njb does not warrant that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided uninterrupted, error-free and that errors will be corrected. It also does not guarantee that the same or any other related site or the servers through which they are made available to users/members do not contain viruses or other harmful components. It does not under any circumstances guarantee the correctness, completeness or availability of the contents, pages, services, options or their results. The cost of possible corrections or services is borne by the visitors and in no case by the Company.
Site Content and Information
The content and information included on the site constitute an offer to its visitors and users in general and to the community of internet users and cannot in any case be used as a solicitation of business or non-specific actions. The site undertakes the collection, processing and distribution of their content, but without any case to guarantee its completeness, adequacy and in general its appropriateness and the absence of possible errors, much more so, due to its particularly large volume, as well as the participation of third parties (natural or legal persons) in the primary production and its collection.
The site does not control the availability, content, personal data protection policy, quality and completeness of the services of other sites (websites) and pages to which it refers through links (hyperlinks) or advertising titles (banners). Therefore, for any problem that occurs during their visit/use, users must contact the respective websites and pages directly, which bear full responsibility for the provision of their services. njb should in no way be deemed to endorse or accept the content or services of these sites and pages to which it refers or to be associated with them in any other way.
Access Cost
Access to the pages/services of the site does not entail any additional costs beyond the applicable tariff regime for general internet access, as set out by the competent providers (ISP's) and paid to them only.
Legal framework
The above terms and conditions of use of the site, as well as any modification thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and the relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes the overall agreement between the Company and the visitors/users of its pages and services and binds only them. No modification of these terms shall be considered and shall not form a part of this agreement unless made in writing and incorporated herein.
